[OpenSIPS-Users] Compiling 1.8 with TLS

I had the same thing, and the libraries are all there.  I think it's
related to how menuconfig works (or rather in this case doesn't).  If you
manually set in the Makefile, or set the environment variable:

export TLS=1

Seems to fix the problem for me anyway, but still testing.
