[OpenSIPS-Users] log_next_state_dlg bogus events

Hi Flavio,
According to the RFC, the callee side must not send a BYE for a dialog
in early state.
I have just edited the dialog state machine to no longer log BYEs from
the caller's side for dialogs in early state as bogus.
