[OpenSIPS-Users] ERROR:nathelper:send_rtpp_command: can't send command to a RTP proxy

I think the RTPproxy ,if already started, crashed rtpproxy daemon if wrong
flags are set from the configurations while calling manage_rtpproxy(). See
what is around you configurations lines. Make sure RTPproxy is running in
background when you restart opensips.
