[OpenSIPS-Users] Terminate dialog on bye without auth digest

Hello,

It is not a must for UAs to include Authorization headers in sequential 
requests.
The solution would be to not relay the sequential request from UA2 to 
the Proxy directly, but rather challenge it first and only then call 
loose_route() to route the request.
