[OpenSIPS-Users] Newbie setting up opensips with NAT at both ends

I'm planning on setting up opensips on a machine with a  public IP. I'm hoping to use the sip clients microsip http://microsip.org.ua/ to send audio to and from computers inside different  private lans.
Do I need to add the NAT transversal? Any other tips you could give me/
