[OpenSIPS-Users] 500 Server Internal Error

Thank you very much for your response and time. 

In the syslog of opensips+rtp proxy, I do not find anything suspicious. Please find below the syslog,

Hello, Arjun! 

There are many reasons OpenSIPS can generate a 500 Server Internal Error, or perhaps you explicitly send if from script on some error cases. The best thing to do in these situations is to check in OpenSIPS logs.
