[OpenSIPS-Users] Turning off ACC logging caused Opensips to not respond to INVITES

Why would turning the below off cause Opensips to NOT respond to INVITES?

modparam("acc", "log_level", 1)
modparam("acc", "log_missed_flag", 1)
modparam("acc", "log_flag", 1)
