[OpenSIPS-Users] Opensips CP

Dear All,

how can i configure customers and vendors in opensips cp  i want to work as wholesale voip provider 
can
 anybody tell me what are the steps to follow ? please mention all step 
if possible like what should i configure first and all steps 

i really need to know about this, can someone explain this ?
