[OpenSIPS-Users] [Release] Planing 1.8.1 minor release

Hi guys,

actually this patch is somewhere in the middle. As not parsing the WS is 
VIA results is lack of interoperability with other SIP entities. This 
may be labeled as bug, but here is a very thin line between bug and 
feature, as Saul said.
