[OpenSIPS-Users] Port to connect to Postgres DB when running "opensipsdbctl create"

Hello,

Indeed, the opensipsdbctl always assumes the DB backends are running on 
the default ports.
If you can send the patch to us via Sourceforge, we would be happy to 
apply it.
