Hi Adrian,

Thanks for coming back to me.

I have an entry in cdrtool_customers for the domain my.domain.tld with
the correct profiles and timezone etc.

my.domain.tld is present in the opensips domain table:
Apr  7 10:00:37 sip cdrtool[17118]: Error: no customer found in
billing_customers table for billing party=01234567 at my.domain.tld,
domain=, gateway=10.10.10.10
Apr  7 10:00:37 sip cdrtool[17118]: Error: Cannot find any profiles
for call_id=65b361dd235b915b630de2a26d87eae7@ my.domain.tld,
dest_id=35678)


I remove my.domain.tld from the opensips domain table and renormalize
that record:
Apr  7 10:03:18 sip cdrtool[17541]: Increment=1 ConnectFee=0.0000
CallId=65b361dd235b915b630de2a26d87eae7@ my.domain.tld Span=1
Duration=2 DestId= 35678 domain= my.domain.tld Profile=900
Period=weekend Rate=902 Interval=8-18 Cost=.1000/60 Price=0.0020
PriceIn=0.0010
