Hi Vlad,

Indeed, you are right, we are receiving a 487 without a to-tag, but this
doesn't happen before. There are no visible side-effects until now, beyond
the message and I have less than 0.05% of expired dialogs. I'm not sure
what to do, this messages wasn't appearing in version 1.6.4.
