Subject: [OpenSIPS-Users] Regarding telnet to port 5060 and Dispatcher

Hi,
I have three machines on two machines i am having 2 installations of sipp
and on one Opensip. I am using opensip-control panel to edit dispatcher
file. I am not getting any error message in log.
i am using this function in route logic :ds_select_dst("1","2"); which will
select the IP from dispatcher database.
but the receiver is not receiving any messages. When i am trying to telnet
the 5060 port from sipP machine it is not responding it is because of UDP ??
What should i check ...
