[OpenSIPS-Users] confusing between NAT_Traversal Module and NATHelper Module

are they playing the same role in NAT traversal?
 that means I can only choose one of them?
 or there is some difference between them?
 
 i saw nathelper + rtpproxy,
 there is also nathelper + mediaproxy and nat_traversal + mediaproxy.
 which pair is more suitable for symmetric NAT traversal?
