[OpenSIPS-Users] Could not access opensips.cfg file plz help

Hello everyone,

I am trying to access opensips.cfg by typing its path in the Terminal tool
in Fedora 15 to modify its parameter

As follows:/usr/src/opensips-1.7.1-tls/etc/opensips.cfg

and whenever I do that I got Permission denied message although I'm logged
in as the root user.


Can any one help me please to know how to access and modify the
opensips.cfg, what is my mistake I'm a beginner
