[OpenSIPS-Users] force rtpproxy not to wait for rtp before sending

Have you tried the 'r' flag:
http://www.opensips.org/html/docs/modules/devel/rtpproxy.html#id292737
It should force sending RTP to the IP/port advertised in SDP.
