[OpenSIPS-Users] Opensips 1.6.4 pua_usrloc not sending state close on phone unregisters

Hi Dash,

What OpenSIPS version are you using?
In the traces, do you see a Register with Expires=0 when the phone 
unregisters? Also, look in opensips log- do you see any error?
