[OpenSIPS-Users] New module: registrant

Hello Bogdan,

There is a small built in authentication code inside the module.
The authentication code was imported from the uac module.
Next step is to move the authentication code in the core and update
uac module to reuse the same code.
The parsing of headers was already integrated into the core parser.
