[OpenSIPS-Users] Cannot connect to OpenSIPS Server via Management Interface (127.0.0.1/8000)

i made the change, now i'm getting:
   Array ( [0] => sorry -- cannot open write fifo [1] => sorry -- cannot
open write fifo )
