[OpenSIPS-Users] web access to opensipsctl add?

Well, to do a DB access you have to be familiar with the OpenSIPS way of
keeping stuff in database (like the DB schema and how to interpret data).
something like opensipsctl can be a sort of API to hide the DB schema to
you ;)
