[OpenSIPS-Users] distributed opensips , is it possible ?

Hi ,
In Conference scenario i need some suggestion for the following

1) Speaker connects from US , and Listeners from US and ASIA . All of them
using software clients
2) How to enable load balancing in such a way that Users from ASIA connect
to ASIA's Server and US from US's Server .  But they are all connect to same
Conference .   Speakers  may join any of US and ASIA's Servers as he likes
..

any suggestion of components we may need for scenario above ?
