[OpenSIPS-Users] Sylkserver installed but need this info kindly

Hi, I have install sylkserver and connected using Blink , kindly guide for
the following

1) Do i need to install opensips seperate ?
2) any management interface to create users and conferences ?
3) what is the user and pass for admin of sylkserver for creating
conferences etc ?
