[OpenSIPS-Users] Presence NO_UPDATEDB_FLAG

Hi Chander,

Well the first problem would be that x-lite does not have support for XCAP.
So there will be no pres-rules uploaded to OpenXCAP and OpenSIPS will do its
default action - deny all watchers. This is why you see no presence state
update.
