[OpenSIPS-Users] Can't verify host before sending a call.

With OpenSIPS you can use the
Dialog<http://www.opensips.org/html/docs/modules/1.6.x/dialog.html>module
and know if a user is currently on a call or not.  This
link <http://www.opensips.org/Resources/DocsTutConcurrentCalls> should help
show you how to get started.
