I think you should enable a dbaliase lookup as below

    # apply DB based aliases (uncomment to enable)
    alias_db_lookup("dbaliases");                <-- uncomment this line

Subject: [OpenSIPS-Users] aliasing in opensips not working

i am completely new to opensip
i am trying to add alias
it shows me when i execute  following
[root at localhost akib]# opensipsctl alias_db list
database engine 'MYSQL' loaded
Control engine 'FIFO' loaded
Dumping all aliases may take long: do you want to proceed? [Y
y
Dumping all aliases...

+----------------+---------------+----------+----------+
| alias_username | alias_domain  | username | domain   |
+----------------+---------------+----------+----------+
| 100000         |               | 101      |          |
| 10000          | localhost.com | 101      | test.com |
| 111            | test.com      | 101      | test.com |
+----------------+---------------+----------+----------+

but when i dial 111 it just dosent work it says call not found
here is my opensips.cfg
