[OpenSIPS-Users] adding address not working

i am trying to add address to opensips
using following command
osipsconsole
OpenSIPS$:address add 0 192.168.1.192 255.255.255.255 5060
OpenSIPS$:address reload

but not woking
can anyone tell correct syntax
i am using  opensip 1.6
