[OpenSIPS-Users] milliseconds and random values

[Anton Zagorskiy]

Inspection source code I've found a $Tsm pseudo variable that returns
milliseconds of a current time.
But this variable isn't described in docs (Only in the 1.6.2 changelog).

Please update docs.
