[OpenSIPS-Users] Modify a URI

Can anyone give me a code example how I would take a URI and inject a
string between the sip: and the actual number. I found the rewriteuri()
function but cannot find any code examples on how to use it.

 

For instance take the request URI:
sip:5615551212 at 111.222.333.444 

 

And change it to:
sip:12345#5615551212 at 111.222.333.444
