[OpenSIPS-Users] b2b_entities server_address

Hi, Jeff!


I moved the server_address parameter to b2b_logic module and it is not 
compulsory anymore. If not set, the socket IP and port where the request 
was received will be used. Of course, for external scenarios you have to 
set it to something.
