[OpenSIPS-Users] CDRTool install

Hi

We have a patched freeradius-xs 2.1.10 almost ready to go, but we are 
still testing this. I looked to find the failed patch, but I can not 
find it in the main repo of freeradius.

Can you tell us a bit more Ram?
