Nvm - for whatever reason - the value is now passing properly:
/usr/sbin/opensips[9213]: P-Called-Party-Id equals XXXXXXXXXXX
I swear I changed nothing... But I'm also quite sure the computer didn't
just "decide" to cooperate.
