[OpenSIPS-Users] Reseting the phones to register

Hi,

Depending how you use db_mode for usrloc:

http://www.opensips.org/html/docs/modules/1.6.x/usrloc.html#id292952

If you user db_mode 0, then you have to restart the phone every time you 
restart the opensips.
