[OpenSIPS-Users] My OpenSIPS apparently ignoring 100s

I'm a flaming moron;
I had a local iptables in the way that I completely missed - I could see the
packets coming to the interface, so I assumed OpenSIPS must be "ignoring"
them - rather than it not getting them because iptables was blocking them.
I shall now crawl back to my hole in shame.
