[OpenSIPS-Users] Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock

Hello All,


I just want to advice anyone who is facing this problem to do the following:

1. Start mysql as follows

/etc/init.d/mysqld start

2. Check your config for errors:

Opesnisp –E –f cfg_proxy.cfg

3. Start Opensips

service opensips start



The problem should be solved if it is only that you cann't start opensips
from mysql.sock
