[OpenSIPS-Users] Opensips crashing due to out of memory error

Hi, I'm getting random crashes of Opensips 1.6.2, here are the entries in the log, seems to be out of memory, how should i try to solve this issue.

ERROR:tm:_reply_light: failed to allocate shmem buffer
ERROR:tm:_reply_light: failed to allocate shmem buffer
ERROR:tm:relay_reply: no more share memory
ERROR:core:new_avp: no more shm mem
ERROR:core:add_avp: Failed to create new avp structure
