I don't think that I tamper with RURI anywhere in my configuration. Look at the subscribe:

Hi Paris,

It is not ok that the RURI in Notify is: "sip:12345 at 10.1.1.1:5080;transport=udp"<sip:12345 at 10.1.1.1:5080;transport=udp>.
The presence server uses the Contact in Subscribe as RURI. Do you so some sort of contact manipulation for the incoming Subscribes. Watch also how the initial Subscribe looks like - search after the Call-ID.
