Hi Zhijun,

have you updated in dialplan (via opensips control panel web interface) 
the definition for your local users ? there are some rules there that 
are used by opensips to recognize the local users.

Most probably your opensips is not recognizing 800X a local subscribers, 
so it rejects the call.

The rule you need to add is regular expression that will match the 
format for your local users.
