[OpenSIPS-Users] dispatcher use_default

Hi,

The use_default param was more or less added as a last resort 
destination - this was added for the following scenario : you have a set 
of GW to try and a media server to play (as a last resort) to lay a 
failure message.

So the default destination will never be selected, it will just fall 
back to it as last destination
