[OpenSIPS-Users] OpenSIPS 1.6.3 MySQL Issues

Have you verified wether your OpenSIPS install works when starting it manually after boot?
If it's just an issue on boot, I suspect that the boot process starts OpenSIPS before starting up the MySQL server.

You might want to google on how to set the start-up order of services on Ubuntu.
