[OpenSIPS-Users] SIP Presence Aggregation Issue

It is already implemented in two commercial stacks and SIP SIMPLE client SDK.

Blink will use this to keep the presence policy, user icons and buddy list synced.

You can test it with OpenSIPS (presence-xcapdiff module)
