[OpenSIPS-Users] Control Panel 4.0 INSTALL file

In the INSTALL file which comes with Control Panel 4.0

There are instructions line 172 which states

        1. Install the table.mysql or table.pgsql.
170         You will find them them :

172         opensips-cp/config/tools/admin/add_admin/table.mysql
173                 or
174         opensips-cp/config/tools/admin/add_admin/table.pgsql
175         This is where the admins are being stored data.

177     mysql -Dopensips -p < table.mysql
---------------

I am not able find this file either in that directory or elsewhere in the CP
4.0 download.

I downloaded the tarball which might be different from SVN - I haven't
looked at the SVN yet.
