[OpenSIPS-Users] Control Pannel: PHP error when executing get_opensips_stats.php

Hi, Basically in my var/spool/mail/root when the crontab to execute
get_opensips_stats.php is run I get this error:
PHP Warning:  Module 'mysql' already loaded in Unknown on line 0
PHP Notice:  Undefined offset:  0 in
/var/www/opensips-cp/web/tools/system/smonitor/lib/functions.inc.php on line
89
PHP Notice:  Undefined offset:  0 in
/var/www/opensips-cp/web/common/mi_comm.php on line 194

I've set the correct username and password for the database in the
db.inc.php file.

Does anyone have any idea why this isnt working?
