[OpenSIPS-Users] can OpenSIPS-cp and SerMyAdmin co-exist?

Trying to manually install SerMyAdmin (step by step , since install script uses apt-get)  on my OpenSUSE 11 setup..
Which already has OpenSIPs-CP installed...
I'm noticing that the sql script has several conflicts...  anyone try this before?
