[OpenSIPS-Users] Problem with OpenSIPS Control Panel 4.0

[TCB]

Tried running ocp and i'm getting this error on adding users.

Failed to issue query, error message : MDB2 Error: no such field
I'm not getting any useful error to start tracing.
