[OpenSIPS-Users] Error message on opensips-cp 4.0

Hi Flavio,

I've checked again but on our test platform appears to work fine and 
this is the first time somebody reports a bug related to User 
Managemet/Add New.

Can you please check that you have installed php-pear and MDB2 and 
MDB2_Driver_mysql ?
