[OpenSIPS-Users] default opensips behavior

Hi Bhrugu,

Depends on what function you are using to relay the request :
- if you use *t_relay* the the behaviour is stateful;
- if you use *forward*  the behaviour is stateless;

Default config file is using *t_relay*, so it's stateful
