[OpenSIPS-Users] bogus to header in rls subscribe

i then went to see how multipart body is generated and found that its
parts are taken from rls_presentity table and indeed start value is
bogus already there:

now the question is who wrote it there and why it is wrong?  as i have
mentioned, i have only been using python-sipsimple cli commands
xcap-rls-services and sip-subscribe-rls.
