[OpenSIPS-Users] forward retransmition of "200 OK" if no ACK

The "200 OK" retransmistion are forwarded but sip_trace() is not inserting them in the DB.

Hi Julien,

Note that when doing sip_trace() from script, you will actually put the
message in DB. So, if the sip_trace is not protected by a t_newtran()
(transaction creation), it will dump the transmissions too.
