That is good, both addresses are loaded from aliases.

ok, here after uslroc, you see that only first address (RURI) was
changed (see the domain pointing to phone) while the second one is not
changed - so the second branch will not get to the phone.
It a bit tricky to make lookup(location) to go through all branches, but
not impossible - how good is your understanding on variables (AVPs,
VARs) in opensips script?
