How do you recommend to do that? The incoming INVITE is encrypted
over a TLS connection. Trying to capture the message which B2B
forwards (incorrectly over TLS) using the standard tools like
socat(1), snoop(1), or tcpdump(1) is difficult or impossible.

I'm specifying

  sip:mediaplay at media.europalab.com:5080;transport=tcp

as the parameters of the prepaid scenario, which worked in the B2B
implementation of OpenSIPS 1.6.0. A change from SVN revision 6567 or
a previous one introduced the bug which seemingly ignores the
transport as specified above.

Are you able to connect a UAC which sends a INVITE over TLS and
which the B2B logic forwards according to your chosen transport?
If so, which version of OpenSIPS are you using?

Regards,
Brian
